Training is conducted through our online training portal and hands-on, on-site guidance for each job. Do you employ contractors or staff members?

We employ staff directly and do not rely on contractors. We strongly believe in providing a livable wage for our people, fostering long-term, motivated employees who take pride in their work.

What are your working hours?

We operate Monday to Friday, but we can tailor our schedule to meet your business needs. If you require cleaning outside of standard working hours, including weekends, please let us know, and we will accommodate wherever possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options and will provide you with details during the quoting process. Payment terms will be agreed upon before services begin to ensure a smooth experience.

Do you provide consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap?

Yes, we can provide consumables, including toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other necessary supplies, upon request. Please mention this when discussing your service requirements, and we will include it in the proposal.

How do you quote prices?

We conduct a site visit and discuss your specific service needs with you, considering factors such as the size of the space, frequency of service, and any special requirements. Based on this, we provide a detailed written quote. If you accept the quote, we revisit it after the first 30 days to ensure everything is running smoothly, confirm your satisfaction with the services provided, and verify that the quoted services align with the actual service delivery.

Are you insured?

Yes of course! We are covered by $20 million public liability insurance policy. All our workers are covered by WorkSafe Victoria relevant legislation and insurance.

What if the clean is not what I expected it to be?

Honestly, I don't think we will have this problem, but if we do let us know and will come fix it at no cost. That simple.
